Lincoln has been involved in wealth management for the past 10 years working in both an advisory capacity as well as that of principle investment/manager. Lincoln has a deep understanding of funds management and compliance which was attained during his years at Storehouse Managed Investments and then further developed in his role as advisor to a portfolio of private clients. After recently establishing the LEVR Group of companies, Lincoln has grown the capital advisory business of LEVR to a book of more than $300M loans either written, referred or funded.
Matthew has worked within the finance and property industry for the past 10 years. Through his family business in property development and construction, Matthew Bonham has had direct experience in development through the full property cycle. Adding to his experience in property, Matthew established , a regulated foreign exchange brokerage business and continues to have a strong understanding and passion for the industry.
Matthew is a co-founder of LEVR Group of companies, a debt advisory and property business with head offices in Sydney. LEVR is a specialist advisor across debt and equity capital with a primary focus on the capital stack for property development transactions. Matthew has a strong eye for detail and is highly experienced in assessing credit and development risk.
